Sanctuaries is one of the first virtual exhibitions of its kind, curated by Patterns Collective and Gallery 1C03 at the University of Winnipeg.

The show features works by women-identified artists Rajni Perera, Akum Maduka & Anique Jordan. The exhibition is guarded by three standing petals, each unique in its shape and size to the artists work, gently resting on a silent & uncanny sea.
The design draws inspiration from themes regarding the body, sanctuary, freedom, safety & the feminine.
